Glycemic & Cardiovascular Outcomes of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists vs. Standard Care in Type 2 Diabetes (N = 180)
01 · PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To compare 6-month follow-up HbA1c (%) between adult Type 2 Diabetes patients treated with a GLP-1 Receptor Agonist versus Standard Care.
STUDY DESIGN
Cohort (Retrospective)
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES
- — To evaluate whether GLP-1 Receptor Agonist therapy reduces 30-day cardiovascular hospital readmission (Readmission_30d).
- — To assess baseline demographic and clinical balance across treatment arms (Age_Years, Sex, BMI_kg_m2, Smoking_Status, Baseline_HbA1c).
KEY VARIABLES
Core Variables Protection Guarantee
Our cleaning engine uses these variables to protect your primary endpoints from accidental modification or exclusion. Your formal Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) will be locked after data cleaning and Table 1 exploration, right before inferential testing.
