• Account data: your email address and name when you register.
• Research data you upload: documents (PDF/Word/text) and datasets (CSV) you submit for analysis.
• Usage data: projects created, messages sent, and basic technical logs.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

To provide the service: authenticate you, run statistical analysis on your data, generate reports, process payments, send service emails, and keep the platform secure and working.

• Appwrite (Frankfurt, EU) — authentication, database, and file storage.
• DeepSeek — AI text processing for objectives extraction and report wording. We send the text of your study, not raw images.
• Google Cloud (Cloud Run, EU) — runs the statistical computation engine.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

We keep your account and project data while your account is active. To minimise the personal data we hold, projects that stay inactive — not opened, edited, or downloaded — for an extended period are subject to automatic clean-up:

• Free accounts: uploaded datasets and intermediate (cleaned) files are removed after 90 days of inactivity.
• Accounts with a study purchase: after 180 days of inactivity.

We email you at least 7 days beforehand so you can download your data, or simply open the project to keep it — opening, editing, or downloading resets the clock. Generated deliverables (your report and any certificate) are retained even after the raw data is cleared. You can delete any project yourself at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

If you are in the UK/EU, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (UK GDPR / GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account, and analysis runs on secured, access-controlled infrastructure.
