Terms of Service.

naggar.ai helps you analyse research data and generate statistical reports with AI assistance. It is a research support tool — it does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice, and its output should be reviewed by a qualified person before use in any decision or publication.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and verify your email to use the service.

Do not upload unlawful content, data you have no right to use, or personal/health data without a lawful basis. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or its limits.

• Free: limited usage, on-screen preview only.
• Study packs (One Study $89, Thesis $299, Research Pack $599, plus Extra Study and Extra AI Review add-ons): one-time payments billed via Stripe. Nothing renews automatically.
• Report downloads are included with every paid purchase. Expert Human Review ($99) is an optional one-time purchase.
• One-time purchases do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel; a completed purchase is refunded only for billing errors or our-fault service failures, and Expert Human Review is refundable only before a reviewer starts work. Full details are in our Refund Policy, and nothing there affects your statutory rights.

You retain ownership of the data you upload and the reports you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. To keep stored data to a minimum, projects left inactive for an extended period may have their uploaded and intermediate data files removed after we send an email warning and a short grace period; your generated reports are retained. The service is provided “as is”. While we strive for correct, standard statistical methods, we do not warrant that results are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for validating analyses before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naggar Analytics Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
